Populating the risk data

This is where it all happens, designed around the particular class of business, input all the information required here and everything else will take care of itself. From the specific conditions through to the values and rating all the data will be collected on this sheet, which will ultimately form the basis of your clients policy.

The contract certain quote

One you have collected all the information needed within the underwriting calculation sheet, you will now be ready to issue the formal contract certain terms to your client. This will include any standard and non-standard clauses which may apply.

The firm order is ready to be noted

As soon as you receive an order, there is simply nothing to do, other than to add the inception date and policy number. Depending on the authority granted to you by underwriters, you have the option of submitting the MRC for lines down, or for the firm order noted internally - whichever way, you will certainly know how much time you will have saved.

Your clients policy is now ready for issuing at the click of a button

Once you have your MRC / Order Slip agreed, the policy will be ready and waiting. Naturally, this will need to be electronically signed by an authorised person. We will help set up all your e-signatures for you as part of your program.

Simply attach the endorsements with the schedule

Only the endorsements applicable will be generated here, which will be based on the data populated on the underwriting calculation sheet. This document simply attaches to the Schedule and Wording when issuing the policy documents to your client.
